Twilight returns to Northern Colorado for its 10th anniversary
Just when you thought you'd seen the last of those sparkly vampires, they'll be back in theaters by the end of the month.
It's officially time to feel like a 15-year-old girl again: and guys, that means you, too. Thanks to the 10th anniversary of 'Twilight', the movie adaptation of the popular teen novels will be back on the big screen once more in Northern Colorado. The dates will be October 21 and October 23, and you can grab your tickets at the link.
I remember when Twilight first came out-- I was 15, and yeah, I was into the whole 'vampire watching me sleep' thing (not so much now that I've had relationships and know that that's a super weird thing to do in real life). Robert Pattinson was moody about Kirsten Stewart, unlike now, when the only thing he's moody about are hot dogs:
It's always fun to dip into nostalgia though, and I can't believe it's been ten years since I stood in line with all the other Twi-hards from my high school. Now, 10 years later, we all have the opportunity to mindlessly enjoy the story of a girl and an undead, glistening vampire falling in love, fighting off other murderous vampires, and then going to prom together. It's the simple things.
Twilight is brought to local theaters in Northern Colorado thanks to Fathom Events.
