Butterball is operating their Turkey Talk-Line at 800-323-4848. You can call them throughout November and December for any advice. I called with a simple question. Janet was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered my question lickety split.

They've been doing it for a long time. As the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line opened twenty-nine years ago, they responded to 11,000 phone calls that first year.

These days, the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line employs more than 50 professionally trained, college-educated home economists and nutritionists, who respond to more than 100,000 questions each November and December.
