Spirit Sensitive Visits Oldest Cemetery in Larimer County [VIDEO]
Supposedly, one the most haunted places in Northern Colorado is Bingham Hill Cemetery, just south of Laporte. A sign on site says the 1st body was buried there in 1862, making it the oldest cemetery in Larimer County. It was originally created right alongside the Overland Trail. There have been reports of paranormal activity in the area for years.
I was curious, so I took Spirit Sensitive, Dakota with me to investigate. A sensitive "can pick up on things a lot of people don’t or just won’t." Dakota has helped me find unexplained paranormal activity before. This YouTube video shows our visit to Bingham Hill Cemetery and what she sensed while she was there:
A big thank you to my buddy Drew from Star Painter Productions for shooting and editing the video.
How to get to Bingham Hill Cemetery
According to PoudreHeritage.org:
From Fort Collins, head north on N. Overland Trail. Turn left (west) onto Bingham Hill Rd and proceed .2 miles. The entrance to the trail leading to the cemetery is on the north side of the road.
Legend has it that the best time to see or feel ghosts or spirits is after dark. However, that is not allowed!
