Texting and Driving Is Now Actually Kind of Legal in Colorado
As of June 1, some laws changed in Colorado -- believe it or not -- lightening up on texting while driving. Yikes? This definitely doesn't mean you should do it, of course.
We all know that texting and driving will now cost you $300 if you're busted, but a recent change in the texting and driving law states that you must be seen as 'driving carelessly,' in order to be pulled over in the first place.
So, essentially, if you're good at texting and driving, then you're technically not breaking a law. This seems like a terrible idea; I know a lot of people who think they're good at it. They're not.
