‘Stranger Things’ Returns in Season 4 Trailer
Finally, after two years of seemingly endless trailers and teasers, the fourth season of Stranger Things is almost here. For the first time since July 4, 2019, new episodes of Stranger Things are about to debut.
Although it’s been three years in our time since we last saw the crew from Hawkins, it’s only been six months for them. And would you believe there are even more bizarre and horrifying supernatural shenanigans afoot? This time, they could lead to all-out war. (At least that’s what Paul Reiser says. And when Paul Reiser talks, I always listen.)
Watch the new Stranger Things trailer below:
The cast of Stranger Things 4 includes Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Matthew Modine, and Paul Reiser. As always, the series is overseen by the Duffer brothers; Season 4 of Stranger Things will run for nine episodes.
Here is the season’s official synopsis:
It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn't made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.
Stranger Things returns with new episodes on Netflix on May 27. This will actually be the first part of a two-part season; the second batch of episodes (what they’re calling “Stranger Things 4 Volume 2”) will premiere on July 1.
