We might not be in the new year just yet, but it's never too early to start getting excited for the return of the world's largest outdoor rodeo and western celebration, Cheyenne Frontier Days (CFD).

On Wednesday (Dec. 1), CFD officials announced that the tickets for the 126th annual Cheyenne Frontier Days will go on sale this month, beginning Wednesday, Dec. 15.

Tickets for the following CFD events will go on sale during this time:

  • Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Rodeo
  • Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Last Cowboy Standing series

Cheyenne Frontier Days ticket packages, as well as carnival armbands and gift cards - which will be redeemable for tickets or merch - will also be on sale beginning the 15th.

And boy, is there a lot to look forward to.

The 126th annual Cheyenne Frontier Days - often referred to as the “Daddy of ‘em All” - will feature nine days of fast-paced PRCA rodeo, which will then culminate in a Championship round where the stakes are high and legends are made.

But the action doesn't stop there -

Somebody will once again become the Last Cowboy Standing with the return of the stars of the PBR, who will attempt to reign and conquer some of the meanest, roughest bulls in the sport.

In addition, hundreds of vendors, a full-fledged carnival, as well as incredible food, famous stars, and a whole lot of live music will be present at this legendary event.
