There could be lane closure as the southbound lane asphalt repairs are anticipated to take about two weeks depending on the weather. The final overlay project is expected to begin this summer.

The city of Loveland stated in a press release that "as part of the street rehabilitation program, the entire stretch of Wilson Avenue between U.S. Highway 34 and 29th Street will be repaired and resurfaced this summer. This treatment will extend the life of this busy arterial road for 15 to 20 years."
