Lots of NoCo locals have fond memories of Sharktooth Ski Area, which had its heyday in the 70s and early 80s, and during that time, was affectionately referred to as the "world's smallest ski resort." 

After closing its white gates to guests in 1986, memories are all that remain...but maybe not for long. The 18.54-acre property, located in between Windsor and Greeley, has recently been listed for sale, as the current owners look to downsize and move on. With a price of $1,450,000, Sharktooth Retreat features two homes (one being the former ski lodge) and an outbuilding. Together that includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus many other amazing amenities like a swim spa, equipment lift, and unbeatable views. It's doubtful that this place would ever become another ski resort, but the possibilities for what it could become are endless.
