You may not have known this, but your favorite local brewery has been making plans for an expansion for a long time.

In 2014, Odell Brewing Company purchased the old Fort Collins Monument and Stone, according to The Coloradoan. Since that time, the brewery has been using the space for storage and packaging, as well as for beer production such as barrel aging for their popular sour beer, Kriek. Now, Odell is looking to add a microbrewery.

The expansion will not only include Odell offering beer, but also offering things like coffee for their morning customers, and in the afternoon, selling pre-packaged breads, cheeses, and meats.

The old Fort Collins Monument and Stone building is 9,100-square-feet, so Odell Brewing Company has a lot of space to work with...and we can't wait to see what they come up with. Read The Coloradoan's full write up on the expansion right here for more.
