My Open Letter to The Rio

The food. The atmosphere. The margaritas. The Rio Grande has so much to offer. None the less, I have penned a personal letter to the restaurant.

Dearest Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant,

I reach out to you to not only thank you for all the years you've been around, serving up the great food and great margaritas in a fun and inviting atmosphere, but to implore you to do me one favor. Un favor, por favor.

It's not a huge favor, in my opinion, yet one that seems overdue.

Please, Rio, open a location in Loveland. 

Fort Collins: Check. Greeley: Check. Denver, Boulder, Park Meadows, Frisco. Check, check, check, check.

Loveland? Nope.

Come on, Rio, what gives?

Yes, Loveland has more than a few Mexican restaurants but not a Rio!

I can see a Loveland location making it 'rain money' for you. Smiles for miles. Everyone loves you, give some love back. Come to the Sweetheart City, Rio. PLEASE.
