In August of 2025, the Loveland Police Department, after more than six months on their own, requested the public's help in finding a helpful person.

Person in Loveland Makes Donation That Gets Police Involved

If Loveland Police do find this (what appears to be) woman, I'm sure they're all going to have a great laugh over it, because it does seem so silly. All she/they wanted to do was donate some items to charity; next thing you know, the police and town are on the lookout for her.

The ARC Thrift Store in question is in the Loveland Marketplace along Garfield Avenue, north of 29th Avenue. Their location was once Loveland's first Walmart.

The woman they are looking for made a donation of items to the Loveland ARC Thrift Store in mid January; maybe she was making a fresh start with the new year and was "cleaning house."

The thing is, when the workers there started going through that donation a few weeks later, they found a box that had some items "hidden away" inside. No one is saying what the items are, only that they are "Highly valuable." ARC Thrift contacted the police when they discovered items in late January/early February of 2025.

After six months of investigation, the Loveland PD detectives working on this "lost and found" case decided to reach out to the public to see if they could identify the woman, driving a late-model maroon Hyundai Palisade with black Colorado plates.

I have questions: What if the woman was taking things to ARC Thrift in preparation for a move out of town? What if she didn't even know about the items? Maybe her ex (hence the move) stashed them away from her?

Hopefully, with everyone in the area looking for this Palisade, they'll find her and it will be a happy ending.
