Loveland Man Pleads Guilty to Deadly DUI Crash
A Loveland man pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide for a DUI crash that killed his passenger.
Dylan Brown, 21, was taken into custody on August 9th after a crash that a passenger riding in his pickup truck. The morning of August 9th, Brown was driving his truck on South Taft Avenue and Carlisle Drive in southwest Loveland when he crashed into a traffic pole.
His passenger, 20-year-old Bobbi Gonzales, was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. Gonzales was not wearing his seat-belt at the time.
Monday morning Brown pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide while under the influence of drugs and alcohol in a Fort Collins courtroom.
Brown will be sentenced at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb 2, 2020. He is out of jail on a $20,000 bond.
