Larimer County’s Most Wanted Arrested By Fort Collins Police
Larimer County's Most Wanted has been arrested by Fort Collins Police.
According to the Larimer County Sherriff's Office (LCSO) official Twitter page, Larimer County's most wanted, Britannia Tovar was arrested by Fort Collins police as of 11:19 a.m. Tuesday morning (Nov. 2).
Tovar, who has been known to go by the alias of Britannia Danielle McNamee's last known address was marked as 209 S Laura Ave in Milliken.
Tovar was first named as Larimer County's Most Wanted via the Larimer County's Sherrif's Office last Thursday afternoon (Oct. 28).
As per public information via the Larimer County's Sheriff's Office's website, Tovar was wanted by LCSO on multiple felony warrant charges.
Her warrants were listed as follows:
- Failure to Appear – 2nd Degree Assault – Peace Officer/Bodily Fluids / 3rd Degree Assault-Know/Reckless Cause Injury / Public Indecency – Expose Genitals
- Failure to Appear – 2nd Degree Assault – In Jail/Bodily Fluids / 2nd Degree Assault – In Custody/Adult Conv/Guard
Tovar was not given an option to post bond on either of these felony charges.
Aside from the previously mentioned felony warrant charges, Tovar was also wanted on a misdemeanor warrant from the Larimer County Sheriff's Office for the following:
- Failure to Appear – Harassment-Strike/Shove/Kick
She also had no bond for this case.
In addition, the Larimer County Sheriff's Office noted the 28-year-old suspect was also wanted by another local agency for the following charge:
- Failure to Appear - Resisting Arrest
