This Popular Greeley, Colorado, Taco Shop is Expanding to Windsor

If you are looking to get your taco fix along with some good quality tequila in Northern Colorado, we have some good news for you. According to the Coloradoan, a new taco shop will be opening soon.

A Greeley taco restaurant is expanding and will be opening up a new location in Windsor. If you have been to Greeley and were in search of good food, you have probably heard of Luna's Tacos and Tequila.

Luna's Tacos and Tequila is Coming To Windsor

Luna's Tacos and Tequila Windsor location will be at 1246 Automation Drive. That address may sound familiar as it used to be home to another restaurant. Howlers & Growlers, which specialized in self-serve beer, abruptly closed in September after only being open for less than a year.

Luna's Tacos and Tequila owners, Sam Corliss and Brian Seifried, told the Coloradoan that the Windsor location and the Greeley location share a lot in common. Both locations have two stories with bars on both levels and a rooftop patio. The Windsor location for Luna's Tacos and Tequila is just 120 years younger.
