IT Chapter 2 And Other Big Fall Movies

As I have mentioned on many occasions, I am a huge movie fan. I think this fall is going to be great for movie goers. Should be a great follow-up to a pretty good summer of movies. So far Rotten Tomatoes says IT Chapter 2 is coming in at 78% Fresh. It officially comes out this Friday.

Although it's not coming to theaters, only to your TV's, I am really looking forward to the movie version of Between Two Ferns. If you have not dont yourself the favor of watching this series, do so now. Right there at work. Tell your boss it's ok and I made you do it. You can see them here.

Probably highest on my anticipation list is Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix. I truly believe his portrayal of the character could give Heath Ledger a run for his money. There is already a lot of buzz about the awards he could win, including an Oscar. Looking forward to the R rated origin story on October 4th.

For anyone that grew up in the 80's and 90's, watching Eddie Murphy in Beverly Hills Cop, 48 Hours, and Coming to America, I'm sure you've missed him. I know I have. That's why I'm really looking forward to Dolemite is My Name. The bio pic of Rudy Ray Moore, who gave us the characters whose name is on the movie title. Can Eddie return to greatness? I'm excited to find out on October 4th.

Finally, I'm really looking forward to the sequel to Zombieland. Zombieland: Double Tap has all of the potential to be a sequel that is just as good as the original and that almost never happens. We will see on October 18th.
