The holidays are here, which means I'll have guests over my house to indulge in gifts and great food. But I'll be missing one great food component from my table that I need to find.

If you are from anywhere near the east coast, you may have tried Cabot Cheese from Vermont before. While the company sells products other than the best cheese I have ever had, their "dairy gold" is what I have always went to the store for.

However, there is one problem. Since I moved the Colorado just over three years ago, I haven't been able to find 8 oz bars anywhere in the state! Walmart sold them until a couple years ago, and then POOF. They were gone. Quick.

Yes, I know I can buy the 2 lb blocks of the regular cheddar at Costco, but I am picky. I'm a cheese snob. I like to buy as many 8 oz blocks as I can, plus they are easy to cut when you need them for crackers.

I mean, listen to some of these great cheddar cheese flavors that Cabot Cheese sells:

  • Seriously Sharp
  • New York Extra Sharp
  • Horseradish
  • Smoky Bacon
  • Hot Buffalo Wing

And that's just a SMALL sample of what they sell. But, I haven't been able to find these anywhere!

However, that's why I am turning to YOU...the thousands of listeners and visitors we have each day. Do you know if there is a place in the entire state of Colorado that has a selection of this awesome New England cheese?

Let me know below!
