Hear Paul Broadcasting from the Streets and Trails of Fort Collins-It’s Bike to Work Day!
I seriously couldn't be happier. Bike to Work Day in Fort Collins is like Christmas, Canadian Boxing Day, Festivus and the Great Pumpkin all wrapped into one. It's a wonderful time. I've ridden on Bike to Work Day many times, but I was always on my way to work. I never had a chance to spend as much time as I wanted. Not this time, my friends.
On previous BTWD's, I found myself engaged with some of Fort Collins finest people. We talked about everything bicycle and it seemed like I was making business contacts and friends at the same time. But then I would have to look at the time and get rolling toward my destination. You know, the 'work' in Bike to Work Day.
This year, I decided that the sense of community, the participation, the pictures I could Tweet and send to our website were worthy of a completely mobile full live broadcast, so I'm doing the whole show from the road this morning. I am going to hit every breakfast station that I can and you'll be hearing from me all morning.
