Greeley, Windsor Students Returning to Classroom in January
Some kids in different parts of Weld County will be headed back to the classroom in January.
Both the Greeley-Evans and Windsor Weld RE-4 school districts announced plans to resume in-person classes. Both districts had temporarily transitioned to all remote learning in November.
In Greeley, students are starting the second semester will full online learning on Jan. 6. The Greeley Tribune reports all grades will then shift in-person during the week of Jan. 19, after the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
Meanwhile in Windsor, grades 6-12 in the Weld RE-4 School District will be returning to in-person part time as part of a hybrid model starting Jan. 5. According to the Greeley Tribune, students will be assigned seats or placed in small groups in their classes.
