4 New Stores Planned For Foothills Mall in 2020

Foothills Mall is getting an upgrade next year.

According to The Coloradoan, four new stores will be coming to the Fort Collins shopping center in 2020.

School of Rock, a music school named after the Jack Black movie, is set to open sometime in the spring. Owned by Donna and Charles Silber, the school is open to children as young as three.

The school takes a unique approach to learning music, teaching students a song first before diving into music theory.

While the franchise has other schools in Denver, its new Fort Collins location will be in between Xfinity and XGolf.

Yoga giant Lululemon will open near Nektar Juice Bar, making it the ideal location for yogis on the lookout for a healthy snack. However, no opening date has been revealed, as the store's spokeswoman declined to comment.

This will be the second Lululemon in Fort Collins, with the first being on Linden St. in Old Town.

Crumbl Cookies, a gourmet cookie store, was originally supposed to open at the mall by the end of this year, but it is looking like that date has been pushed back to 2020.

If you just can't wait until next year for a fresh cookie, the store also has locations in Boulder and Thornton.

Modern Market Eatery, another store that was supposed to open by the end of this year, will be coming to the mall sometime in 2020.

According to the restaurant's building permit, Mod Market's mall location will have a patio space, perfect for enjoying some fresh food in the summer.

Watch out Old Town, Foothills Mall might just become the new hot spot next year.
