Fort Collin’s Illegal Pete’s Smothers Burritos to Fight Autism this April
The White House will be illuminated in blue on Sunday, April 2, 2017, for World Autism Awareness Day. April is National Autism Awareness Month, and Illegal Pete’s has a great way for you to help!
Illegal Pete’s is great! Great food, a great atmosphere and they do great things for the community! They’re always doing fundraisers. Including a big thing they do every April for National Autism Awareness Month. Stop in, get a burrito, and have it smothered, and they’ll donate $1 to The Joshua School’s Music Therapy Program.
The Joshua School, based in Colorado, is a school and community education center that helps kids and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Illegal Pete’s efforts helped establish the Music Therapy Program at the Joshua School in 2015. It’s a huge success!
Illegal Pete’s has been smothering burritos to raise money for six years now. You’re hungry, you want to help fight Autism, seems pretty easy! If you don’t like smothered burritos, stop in and make a donation, anyway. Come on!
