Fire Burning West of Loveland, Smoke Visible in Fort Collins

We have reports of a wildfire burning west of Loveland this evening.

Reports are indicating the fire is located on Storm Mountain in the Roosevelt National Forest land, near Palisade Mountain Drive.

High winds and warm temperatures over the last week have put northern Colorado in a Red Flag Warning, meaning that the chance of wild fire is high.
