Parking in Old Town is a hassle.  Whether you shell out a few bucks to park in a garage or not, finding a spot can be almost impossible, especially on the weekends.  And, luckily, the city agrees.

Officials estimate Fort Collins will need well over 1,000 additional downtown parking spaces in the coming years, according to the Coloradoan.

Building parking structures to provide the additional spaces would cost an estimated $30 million. Where that money would come from has not been identified.
