I am the morning guy on 99.9 The Point. I am married to a wonderful wife and I am a huge nerd who loves video games and movies. But I also love getting active. Unfortunately, I don’t really put it on the top of my list. That’s why I am excited to be part of the Dare to Lose with Miramont! I want to feel comfortable and motivated while I get myself in shape and healthy and Miramont is there to help make that a reality. I am excited to help my team and myself meet our goals for a better today and tomorrow!

As host of the morning show on TRI 102.5, the difficulty of a ‘get up in the middle of the night’ lifestyle has been something I’ve had to deal with for a long time. I quickly learned that making overall wellness a priority was going to be very helpful in this extremely out of the ordinary way of living. The mental benefits that physical exercise and vitality bring are key to finding clarity and happiness at 4 a.m. every day. Also, the way that regular exercise makes it easier to sleep is something I rely on.

I am so excited to be a part of the Dare to Lose Challenge because I love to surround myself with people who have the courage to seek for more, to be brave enough to admit that they can do better, and who put themselves out there by continuing to challenge themselves to do, be and have more of what they want.

I hope to help my team in any way that I can, and I believe that the enthusiasm I will bring to each of the tasks that we must do will be contagious. Enthusiasm always is!
