This past year for many in our radio family, the commitment to leading a healthier lifestyle and sticking with it has proven to be a bit of a challenge. With the start of a new year comes a new commitment to better health, but this year we decided to come up with a way to make sure it actually happens. Enter Dare to Lose, a fitness challenge in progress to help get our DJs get in shape along with teams of our listeners. With a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Jenny is a member of both the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and The Colorado Dietetic Association.
