Crews Respond to Helicopter Vs. Plane Crash at Loveland Airport
According to The Northern Colorado Regional Airport's Twitter page, crews from multiple agencies are currently responding to a collision that occurred between a helicopter and a plane. Reports of the incident came in a little before noon on Friday. As first responders investigate, the entire airport is currently shut down. The crash occurred on the ground on the runway between a Beechcraft Bonanza and Robinson 444. Staff at the Loveland airport says that one person was aboard each aircraft involved in the crash, and at this time they are receiving reports that only one person has suffered minor injuries and has been taken to the hospital.
