Coloradoan Hosting Free ‘Heat Days’ Fair in Fort Collins

The Poudre School District's 2014-15 school year starts Aug. 19; and grades K-8 will get out of school early for the first two weeks, due to the lingering Summer heat.  So the Coloradoan is hosting a free event to get more info on this pilot "heat days" program.

The event will be Aug. 6, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Coloradoan building (1300 Riverside Ave., Fort Collins).

Connect with other parents seeking care, and with day care providers, PSD officials and representatives from B.A.S.E. Camp and the Boys & Girls Clubs. The Early Childhood Council of Larimer County will offer tips for providing responsible care.
