Colorado Drivers Need to Be Prepared If They Dare to Use This Highway
Colorado is a great state for taking a road trip: you can be in the car for six hours and still not have left its borders. There's much to see, much to investigate.
One highway in Colorado is noted as being one should be on your "maybe not" list. It may be worth going out of your way to your intended destination, by avoiding this stretch of Colorado blacktop.
Colorado, reportedly, has over 185,000 roadways across the state. That's a lot of "windscreen" time, you might say. While there are I-25, I-70, I-270, US 40, and other major routes, there is one Colorado highway that you want to avoid.
Then again, if you are ready for some solitude on your road trip, this could be the highway you've been looking for.
WHAT MAKES THIS COLORADO HIGHWAY STAND OUT?
This route is noted as being the highway in the Centennial State that sees the least amount of daily vehicle traffic. So, if you were to break down, without cell service, you could be waiting a very long time for someone to come along.
