To celebrate the 35th anniversary of the holiday classic, "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation," none other than Chevy Chase himself is setting out on a tour. One of the stops is the Mile High City.

Chevy was 46 when he played Clark Griswold getting his home ready for the holidays with the whole family coming. 35 years later, Chevy is into his 80s but still the charming and funny man he's always been.

This will be a great, once in a lifetime, memorable night.

Chevy Chase Coming to Denver for Screening of 'Christmas Vacation'

I think this showing is going to be worth every penny; the legendary actor/comedian talking about a yearly classic, live.

....we’ll share some laughs, holiday cheer, and behind-the-scenes stories from one of my favorite films.

There are only going to be 13 stops on this small tour; having Denver as one of those stops is great. Colorado is as far west as the tour goes, poor California. And, no offense to Chevy, he's not getting any younger, so you may really want to think about going.

When you think about it, when was the last time you saw the complete, unedited "Christmas Vacation?" The swearing alone will be even more hysterical. I think my favorite part is the subplot with the neighbors Margo and Todd; too funny.

The Buckhorn Exchange isn't far from the venue; I highly recommend grabbing dinner there prior.
