CAVA Restaurant Is Now Open at the Foothills Mall

When one restaurant closes, another one opens.

The CAVA restaurant has officially replaced its parent company, Zoes Kitchen, in the Foothills Mall at 3100 S College Avenue.

The restaurant, which features a similar Greek-style menu to Zoes, opened to the public on July 28.

Customers can choose from curated bowls, including Lamb Nacho and Tahini Caesar, or create their own meal with a variety of greens, grains, proteins, dips, toppings, and pitas.

Even though it was a bummer to say goodbye to Zoes, at least Fort Collins residents can still get their falafel fix.
