Cat lovers of Colorado, rejoice: You have the opportunity to join other fans of felines for a day of hair-ball fun.

Cats are very popular as pets: They pretty much take care of themselves and let you stick around. Dogs, on the other hand, need your undying attention all the time. That's why many Coloradans have cats as pets, and this festival is for them.

Thousands of cat lovers will be convening in Denver to celebrate their love of cats and to hang out with other cat lovers. There will also be cats up for adoption, and many cat-related activities; you should plan accordingly.
