Bridgework: I-25 and Highway 34 Closed for Night Repairs March 15
Often, when you hear the term 'bridge work' you think of a non-fun time in the dentist's chair. This is not about the dentist, but it's also not going to be pleasant.

More work at the interstate, as Colorado Department of Transportation will be pour a new concrete deck for the bridge over I-25 during the night and overnight hours of March 15, 2022. Honestly, by the time this is all done, we're all going to be leaping for joy; just not on that bridge.
A complete shutdown of I-25 and Highway 34 begins at 9 p.m. on March 15, 2022, until 5 a.m. the following morning. It's best to be preparing for 20 minute detours or longer, as they continue with (seemingly) never-ending bridge project.
EASTBOUND HIGHWAY 34 DETOUR
Eastbound vehicles will be routed off of Highway 34 onto I-25 Southbound to the Highway 402 exit, coming back north on I-25 and exiting back onto eastbound Highway 34, headed towards Centerra/Greeley.
WESTBOUND HIGHWAY 34 DETOUR
Westbound vehicles will be routed off of Highway 34 onto I-25 northbound to the Crossroads Boulevard exit, coming back down south and exiting back onto Highway 34 westbound into Loveland.
I remember, distinctly, when they did a lot of work on the Highway 392 bridge over I-25 at the Windsor exit, years ago. It took months and months, but when it was all done, it was worth it. Then, as luck would have it, I moved; I didn't need to cross I-25 on Highway 392 anymore. Figures.
Soon, this will all be a part of the recent past, hang in there.
