Brian Wilson Coming to the Lincoln Center Next Year
On April 4th, 2017, the original Beach Boy is coming to our hometown to sing us his iconic hits.
Brian Wilson, the co-founder of the crooning boy band is noted as being one of the greatest musical artists of all time, creating revolutionary sounds on the Beach Boys' seminal 1966 album Pet Sounds.
After the dissolution of the famous band, Brian Wilson went on to create a hit-making solo career which featured albums like I Just Wasn't Made For These Times, That Lucky Old Sun, and most recently, No Pier Pressure.
Brian Wilson celebrates the 50th anniversary of Pet Sounds with this tour, 'Pet Sounds: The Final Performances'. Wilson will be joined by Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin, his former bandmates. This is the final performance run of Pet Sounds which means-- that's right-- it may be the last-ever time you'll get to hear these songs live performed by the original members.
