Witnesses say they saw the bird being attacked by crows and police believe the owner thinks the bird did not survive the attack. But on Wednesday, Boulder Police tweeted out a video of the bird who was just hanging out on an officer's shoulder eating sunflower seeds.

Police say an animal control officer climbed a tree to get to the bird and then used sunflower seeds to lure the bird to him. If this is your bird, or you know whose bird it is, you can find it at the Humane Society of Boulder Valley.
