Beautiful Colorado Now Boasts Three Small Towns That are ‘Best to Visit’
U.S.News just put out their list of 25 towns that are great to visit for a vacation. Colorado has three on that list; no other state came close, of course.
Well, at the very least, you might want to put these three towns on the list of places that will be totally busy next summer.
U.S.News & World Report put out their annual list ranking the 25 best small towns to visit in America. According to the article, these towns had to have under 50,000 people with great restaurants, attractions, and their own character. No question, Colorado's three match those requirements.
TOPPING the list -- TELLURIDE
Not surprising that Telluride would come out as #1 on this list of 25. Skiing, hiking, festivals galore; along with the village and those VIEWS!
#8 - STEAMBOAT SPRINGS
If you haven't been to Steamboat yet, shame on you. You don't have to be a cowboy or an avid skier to have fun within the beautiful Yampa Valley. Heck, it's fun just to say, Yampa.
#15 - BRECKENRIDGE
Our old friend, 'Breck. Seems like ages since we've been there. USNews talks up the gold rush history of the town, along with the skiing, breweries, and distilleries.
