Baby Penguin Loves Being Tickled [VIDEO]

Doesn't everyone love penguins? How about a baby penguin being tickled? I found this video of a baby penguin being tickled at the Cincinnati  Zoo and had to share. This will put a smile on your face. See the tickled penguin after the jump.

There are comments on YouTube that his name is "Cookie" but we can't confirm. I can confirm this is a cute video though.
