5 Truck Sized Boulders Force Closure Of Boulder County Highway

A heavily used highway is closed due to a massive rockslide where 5 "truck size" boulders have crashed down on Boulder Canyon Highway.

There is a northern detour at Colorado Highway 72 to Lefthand Canyon Dr. and a southern detour at Colorado Highway 72 S.

The closure is expected to last well into Wednesday.

Scenes from this slide are incredible as you can see in this video, I was JUST driving on this road with my boy about 6 weeks ago.
