3 Recent Larimer County ‘Most Wanted’ Suspects Arrested
The Larimer County Sheriff's Office publishes a 'most wanted' suspect every week, in hopes that the community will recognize and know where to find them. It seems that doing this definitely does help to dwindle down the list of dangerous and wanted criminals in the area, as many of them have been now apprehended.
Recently, three of the 'most wanted' Larimer County suspects were arrested by local agencies.
Matthew May, who was wanted for a felony sexual assault case, was arrested by the Loveland Police Department on August 23 – the day his 'most wanted' notice was made public. He remains in the Larimer County Jail on a $20,000 bond and will stand in front of a judge on October 8.
Josiah Trujillo-Guarneros, wanted on a felony warrant for vehicular eluding and aggravated motor vehicle theft, was also picked up by the Loveland Police Department on September 22, about a month after his 'most wanted' post was put out. Trujillo-Guarneros racked up more charges at the time of his arrest, and remains in the Larimer County Jail, with an upcoming court date on October 7.
Finally, Michael Sorenson, who was wanted for multiple felony warrants by several local agencies, was apprehended on the morning of September 29 by the Fort Collins Police. Sorenson also remains in the Larimer County Jail, with his next court appearance taking place on October 16.
