The COVID-19 pandemic has been hard on thousands of businesses across Colorado. A newly formed fund is helping many of the ones in Downtown Loveland.

The Downtown Loveland Development Authority (DDA) announced on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, that through a new fund, 31 businesses in the Downtown area would be assisted with their rent.

The Commercial Rent Assistance Project granted the funds to the organization, ranging from $2,500 to $7,500, which will be paid directly to businesses' landlords for the months of June, July, and August of 2020.
