10 Colorado Children Went Missing During the Month of October
Their stories may not have been covered each night on the Denver news, but there were ten children who went missing in Colorado during the month of October.
We hate to write these updates, as it just means that more families are disconnected from each other. It doesn't matter if these children ran away from their homes, or if other causes are involved. Our job as the Colorado community is to reunite these children with their families, especially with the holidays right around the corner.

Britawney Arellano has been missing from the Aurora area since October 19th. She was born on April 1st, 2000. She may still be in the local area or she may travel to Denver. When Britawney was last seen, she had braces on her upper teeth. She may wear glasses.

Taylor Barker has been missing from the Fairplay area since October 11th. She was born on July 27th, 2001.

Heather Damon has been missing from the Centennial area since October 21st. She was born on May 19th, 2002. Authorities believe she may be in the Fort Collins or Golden areas.

Deaira Deherrera has been missing from the Aurora area since October 6th. She was born on January 24th, 2002. She is believed to be in either Denver, Aurora, or Longmont.

Angelica Marrufo has been missing from the Aurora area since October 13th. She was born on November 28th, 2001. She has a tattoo on her hand.

Gabrielle Mingo has been missing from the Denver area since October 7th. She was born on November 20th, 2001. Gabrielle is Hispanic and American Indian. When she was last seen, her hair was dyed red. Gabrielle's navel is pierced. She has multiple tattoos.

Jada Nicks has been missing since October 13th from the Colorado Springs area. She was born on May 11th, 2001. She may still be in the local area. Jada's ears, nose, lip, and navel are pierced and she has a tattoo of a pink bow on her left leg above the ankle.

Kalani Pena has been missing since October 19th from the Denver area. He was born on August 18th, 2003. He is Hispanic, Pacific Islander, and White.

Elena Ruiz Yazza has been missing since October 11th from the Denver area. She was born on July 31st, 2001. When she was last seen, her hair had blonde highlights.
