ZZ Top Set to Rock Fiddler’s Green the Summer of 2021
The Summer of 2021 is turning up the fun and the rock & roll with legends ZZ Top slated to perform Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre.
Billy Gibbons, Dusty Hill, and Frank Beard are celebrating 50 years of ZZ Top with a worldwide 'Texas Bash' tour including a stop in Denver. Who's ready to get loud?
ZZ Top has been rockin' since the '70s and they've been rocking with their own unique sound and style. They got their name by 'riffing' off of B.B. King's name; they wanted to reference being #1 and have the same syllables. With that, 'ZZ Top' was born.
Having grown up in the 70s and 80s, ZZ Top's eighth album, 'Eliminator,' was a must-have for the collection when it came out in 1983. It was the perfect album for a 16-year-old, and the album still holds up today, with hits 'Gimme All Your Lovin',' 'Got Me Under Pressure,' 'Legs,' and 'Sharp Dressed Man.'
'Sharp Dressed Man' has been made into a musical that will be coming to Broadway, soon. From Houston to Broadway; it seems kind of crazy.
Their following album, 'Afterburner' album had a video for the single 'Velcro Fly' that was choreographed by none other than Paula Abdul.
Tickets for the Fiddler's Green 'Texax Bash' stop go on sale JUNE 25, 2021 ($30-$199.95) through AXS HERE.
