Ziggi's Coffee is one of Colorado's greatest success stories, have opened their first location in Longmont in 2004. 20 years later, there are over 100 locations across the country; one, in Windsor, could be Colorado's coolest.\

Crossroads Ziggi's in Windsor Not the Only One Owned By Its Owners

The Ziggi's Coffee in south Windsor, at the intersection of Crossroads Boulevard and 7th Street, opened in 2024. This would the second Ziggi's for owners Nathan and Paula Eastin, who opened their first Ziggi's in Fort Morgan in 2022. The first Ziggi's to hit Windsor, the one near the interstate, opened in 2019.

The south Windsor Ziggi's Coffee is located in Farmer's Corner, a 14-acre developed that began construction in 2016. It's a great little business park, with gas, liquor, a restaurant and more, including a Ziggi's Coffee. This Ziggi's sites prominently at the southwest corner of Farmer's Corner.

South Windsor Ziggi's Could be One of the State's Biggest

This particular Ziggi's is one of the biggest you'll find, at 1,800 square-feet. It is hard to miss as your travel along Crossroads Boulevard or County Road 17. The whole area of Crossroads/7th Street continues to grow, with businesses and residential developments, alike.

I've always been a fan of Ziggi's Coffee; the coffee is great, they have great food options, and the "vibe" is always so casual. I've often grabbed a coffee and gotten caught up on a magazine at the Ziggi's near Thompson Valley High School in Loveland.
