If you're a Falafel fan, then you're in luck.

Popular longtime Middle Eastern restaurant Yum Yum is currently back open for business and now known as Yum Yum Social (distancing), according to a recent Coloradoan report.

A new menu has been created. A takeout window has been installed and an online ordering system is in the works.

The family business has occupied 1300 W. Elizabeth St. in  the Campus West development of Fort Collins for nearly 30 years and was put up for sale last September so the owners could retire.

The deal ended up falling through but the daughter of Yum Yum's original owners, Denise, stepped up to take over the family business.

Denise worked to completely renovated the space adding deli cases and a communal dining experience.

When COVID-19 rocked the restaurant industry, at the beginning of 2020, she halted renovations to focus on a more manageable restaurant experience for staff and customers.

So stop by and support this family business that is now owned and operated by a talented young woman. I am literally placing an order right now while writing this, here's their number, 970-493-7937.
