Woman Handing Out ‘Fat Letters’ on Halloween

A woman in North Dakota has decided to hand out 'fat letters' instead of candy to kids that she considers to be obese this Halloween. In my neighborhood, it would be time for a trick.

What if their costumes make them look fat?

All I want to know is what else does she do during the rest of the year? In what way is she taking it upon herself to be the obesity police the rest of the 364 days of the year. Or is she just judgmental and mean on Halloween.
