Windsor Severance Fire Rescue warns to never attempt to save an animal stuck out in water on your own. Call them. That's what happened over Thanksgiving weekend.

WSFR got a call on November 30, 2019, that 'Whisky' was stuck out in freezing water after falling through some ice.
