Colorado-based Oskar Blues, famous for Dale's Pale Ale is in hot water with Guns 'N' Roses over another Pale Ale that they have.

You know where you are, Oskar Blues? You're in court!

Denver 7 and CNN have the story on how Guns 'N' Roses is suing for trademark infringement against Oskar Blues and its parent company over the name of one of their beers: A fruity ale called Guns 'N' Rosé.

You can see where the band might be peeved. It's clear that Oskar Blues is playing off of their name. They want them to stop selling the beer and any said merchandise. You may want to get one of the t-shirts while you still can.

I may have to hit-up Oskar Blues soon, to see how this is shaking out.
