Watch Party and Bar Crawl to Celebrate Loveland’s ‘Balls’ Restaurant on TV
It's going to be a big night for a small restaurant in Loveland on January 26, 2022. So, they'll be celebrating with a big party to not only watch themselves on TV, but to thank other small businesses in town.
In December of 2021 we let you know that Loveland's 'Ball Joint' restaurant would be featured on The Cooking Channel's Food Paradise show. The time has arrived for that episode to hit the airwaves, and Ball Joint is ready to celebrate, wit the whole town.
Founded on the love of a grandmother's delicious Italian meatballs, The Ball Joint has taken the idea of 'balls of meat' to the extreme. They have their signature meatball (beef/pork,) chicken balls, gyro balls and more:
You name it, we ball it.
Plus, they have a super selection of sauces for their balls. I like how the staff have t-shirts that read: 'Professional Ball Handler.'
The restaurant been in Downtown Loveland for a few years now, just north of 4th Street on Garfield, in a house that's over 100 years old. It's right by a building that looks like a 7-11, because it was a 7-11 many years ago. It's a tough location, but they are making the best of it, and it looks like word has gotten out about The Joint.
For the airing of the show, Ball Joint is holding a watch party a Sports Station. The episode will run from 8:00 until 8:30. Once the episode is over and the cheer calm down, Ball Joint is taking the celebration on a "pub crawl" as a way to say 'thanks' and to support the other small businesses in Downtown.
Loveland Aleworks
Burk's Tavern
Crow Hop Brewing
Verboten Brewing
East End Ale House
Backyard Tap
West End Lounge
That's SEVEN bars total for the celebration. Everyone should take care so that they don't get thrown in the bad kind of "joint"- jail -- that night.
Have fun, Gang! Well deserved.
