Fort Collins Likely to See New Luxury Music Venue, But Where?
There's no question that there are a lot of live music fans in Fort Collins and the Northern Colorado area. There are a lot of different venues to see a show: big, small, pricey, cheap. In The Choice City's near future, a mid-sized venue with pricey seats may appear.
Would You Pay $$$$ to Own Your Own Concert Suite in Fort Collins?
It's hard to picture it, but it's happening: According to the Denver Post, there are people in Colorado shelling out about $300,000 to own a six-person "FireSuite" at Ford Amphitheater. While it's less than the median price for a home in Fort Collins (about $550,000,) it's still a considerable amount of money, no matter how much you love live music.

The Mishawaka immediately stands out as unique, but it's not the easiest of places to get to for a concert; plus it's (outdoor) capacity is only about 1,000. Blue Federal Credit Union is easy to get to, and has capacity, but it's not really "super" unique.
What Part of Fort Collins Might Get a 'VENU' Concert Venue?
According to the Denver Post, the person that opened Ford Amphitheater will be spending $75 million to re-develop a former bowling alley into a restaurant/bar/music venue, bringing it into his umbrella of 'VENU" locations. He's also looking to expand VENU to Boulder and Fort Collins.

The Chipper's on North College, "830 North," is known to host a lot of small concerts (250 capacity) throughout the year.' Can you picture 830 North being completely redone to become a big restaurant with a mid-sized (2,000 seats) venue?
Or, maybe, on the south side of town; perhaps near Harmony and Zeigler? It's going to be tough to decided on a location, as concert promoters need to "space out" where bands play. This will be interesting to keep an eye on, for sure.
