2 Awesome Restaurants in Colorado Make List of 20 In America You Need to Check Out
On a list of 20 recommended themed restaurants in America, only California, New York, and Colorado show up on that list twice.
One of these two Colorado restaurants is "super" famous; the other is not as widely known. Both, however, deservedly make this list for their uniqueness and fun.
Coloradans have another thing to brag about; two Colorado restaurants made Luxatic's list of "20 Themed Restaurants You Totally Have to Visit."
For a website that celebrates luxury and fine living, these two restaurants aren't really the "four dollar sign" kind of restaurants, but we'll take the "nods" just the same.
Being on this list is more about the experience a person will encounter when dining with family or friends. All restaurants try to give patrons a great experience, but these two Colorado restaurants go above and beyond.
Other restaurants on Luxatic's list include one that is "Dr. Who" themed, one that is "The Hobbit" inspired, and one in Milwaukee that's a speakeasy spy-themed restaurant.

CASA BONITA MAKES THE LIST OF TOP 20 BEST-THEMED RESTAURANTS
One of the two Colorado restaurants on Luxatic's list is the incomparable Casa Bonita. Yes, things have changed since the South Park guys took over ownership, but the basics remain the same: Cliff Divers, Black Bart's Cave, the sopapillas, etc.

COLORADO'S AIRPLANE RESTAURANT MAKES LIST OF TOP 20 BEST THEMED RESTAURANTS
Colorado's second entry on Luxatic's list of great themed restaurants in America to visit is in Colorado Springs, near the Colorado Springs Airport; it's The Airplane Restaurant.
The restaurant itself can seat 275 patrons, but only 42 can dine inside the actual fuselage of the Boeing KC-97 tanker that dates back to 1953. Everyone who has dined there has said that it's a ton of fun, well worthy of being on the list.
