During the holiday season, people travel, and if you're one of those people, here's something to keep in mind when picking an airline to fly on.

U.S. airlines most likely to deny you from boarding a flight:

  1. Frontier Airlines: 6.28 bumps per 100,000 passengers
  2. Spirit Airlines: 5.57 bumps per 100,000 passengers
  3. Alaska Airlines: 2.30 bumps per 100,000 passengers
  4. PSA Airlines: 2.29 bumps per 100,000 passengers
  5. American Airlines: 1.95 bumps per 100,000 passengers
The author of the report, Alex Miller wrote, "According to our research, getting bumped is actually becoming less common."

Delta Airlines has the fewest number of flyers bumped at 0.02 people per 100,000 passengers.
