Old Fall River Road was only open for a few months in 2019, with a delayed opening in July because of late-season snow. The road is narrow, winding and one-way only leading to Trail Ridge Road. Typically, it opens by the Fourth of July holiday, but this year, it opened July 12.

Trail Ridge Road opened in June, and was basically a huge wall of snow. As of now, Trail Ridge Road is still open to vehicles.
